About Me

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 33 years.

My initial massage training was at The Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City.

My interest in Energy Healing began as a 'hobby' sparked by my Tai Chi Chuan classes. A graduate of Parsons School of Design in NYC, I was a freelance Graphic Designer at an International Branding firm where I worked designing logos, signage, directories & collateral materials for Bank & Shopping Mall projects around the world.

My massage career started in New York Cities exclusive gyms, the Waldorf Astoria and the Russian Turkish Baths.

My 'massage hobby' turned into a career, when I was asked to be on the 'Massage Squad' of a local NFL Football team. I spent 4 years at Giant Stadium working with the team, both in the locker room and in the athletes homes.

I have over 2,900 hours of classroom study in diverse massage & healing modalities:

weight lifting - stretching - pilates - essentrics - trail running - yoga - powderpuff football defensive end - the 5 tibetian rites - standing & seated meditation - tai chi chuan  and Aikido blackbelt.

My clients achievements include: 

Superbowl wins - Stanley Cup Championships - NBA Championships - Olympic Gold & Bronze in track - NJ State HS football championships - pickleball champs  AND - Oscar, Emmy, Tony, Golden Globe & Peoples Choice award winners.
